I’ve learned the hard way that if I want to avoid the burnout crash that always seems to hit in January, I have to pause before I hit the wall.

I want to wake up on January 1 feeling grounded, strong, and clear—not like I need a week in bed just to recover from “celebrating.”

And here’s the truth: these workshops aren’t just for my clients—they’re for me, too.
Because I know that when I lead myself well, I can show up better for everyone and everything I care about.

This fall, I’m hosting 4 monthly workshops—once a month, just two hours each.
