If you've been telling yourself you'll focus on your health when life slows down, when work settles down, when the kids need you less, or when things feel less overwhelming, this program was created for you. Yoga in the Garden is much more than a yoga class. It's a six-week experience designed to help you move better, have more energy, reduce stress, and feel more confident in your body. Research shows that yoga can improve balance, mobility, sleep quality, stress resilience, and body awareness while lowering cortisol and supporting nervous system regulation.
The problem is that many women never start because they think they're too stiff, too out of shape, too overwhelmed, or too intimidated to walk into a traditional yoga class.
That's exactly why Yoga in the Garden is different. You'll learn beginner-friendly movement, breathwork, and practical tools that help you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control of your health. Most importantly, you'll have six weeks to practice something many women struggle with: making themselves a priority without feeling guilty about it.
Week 1: Breathwork, short meditation, and gentle floor stretches to establish a calm foundation.
Week 2: Add supported seated postures with blocks to build mobility and confidence.
Week 3: Introduce beginner standing poses to develop strength and stability.
Week 4: Incorporate simple balance work to improve coordination and body awareness.
Week 5: Explore accessible inversions to support circulation and expand comfort zones.
Week 6: Integrate everything into a steady, beginner-friendly flow that ties it all together.
PLUS email support throughout the 6 weeks. Videos, meditations, breath work, meal plans, and get my 1 hr 'Build a better year of health' where you can learn to lead yourself well, understand stress and break health down where it feels doable, not like your doing it wrong. This 6 weeks is designed to help you get back to center.
A reset. You can make it whatever you need.
